Welcome to the Fall 2024 Tryout Season Registration with West Point Jr Black Knights Hockey

The Junior Black Knights Travel Hockey Association will be fielding teams at the following age levels based on enrollment:

Midget Major (U18) 2006, 2007 AA-Tourney Bound (TB)

 

 We are a member organization of the Hudson Valley Hockey League. Teams practice at least twice a week excluding holidays. All home games and practices are held at Tate Arena. Goaltenders will receive specialized training.  Midgets will play a High School friendly AA season. Our teams play both league and non-league games and participate in local and destination tournaments throughout the season.

Tryout sessions being held at Tate Arena on the following dates:


U6 & U8 MITE

 

All Mite age players (U6 & U8) will only need to register for the season when registration opens. Team placement will be assessed at the beginning of the season.

U10 SQUIRT,  &  U12 PEE WEE on-ice try out dates:

Tryout fees are $100 for all players (except U8 Mites). Includes Jersey and on ice try-out sessions. Walk-ups will be charged $200 of which $100 of this fee will apply to the fall registration. 

All try out fees are non-refundable.

Active Military Member Discount (U10 and older) $250

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register or  be currently registered with USA Hockey in order to participate in the tryout session for the 2024-2025 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
